Description This issue will be fleshed out when we have got v11 finished.

We will discuss further updating the default theme, particularly with a very design-orientated developer who is up-to-date with the latest techniques going through and making myriad improvements.

Additionally we may consider an official "amazing" theme that does something along the lines of using Bootstrap, and is designed for professional websites more than communities. A different kind of emphasis on the level of complexity in the theme and the reduction of the amount of functionality expected to be on-screen at once.
