| Description | Currently there's an implicit set of rules about whether config options are required, then that can be overridden with a 'required' setting in the hooks.
I don't like this. I'd much rather it was explicit in every hook so nobody needs to know the rules, and we can remove the logic. Resolve this, and make our automated test that ensures consistency test for it like it currently does for other hook settings. |
