Description Have a form_input_phone field. Have a field hook associated with it.

Use any appropriate HTML5 or 'rel' meta-data for the input.

Have configurability on whether an international country is included (e.g. +1 for US and +44 for UK).

Have an area code, a number, and an extension number.

Automatically normalise area codes. For example in the UK, you strip the leading zero if an international prefix is going to be used.

Any config options, CPFs, or catalogue fields, that are for phone numbers should be migrated over.
