| Description | For consistency, it would be good if all titles used by this block were turned into links to the content. Happens for Downloads currently, but doesn't happen for Videos (and I would assume Images). |

For images/videos there'll always be a thumbnail, which can always be linked.
For downloads there may be a thumbnail, but may not. So we link it on the title shown in the box title.
I find linking in the box title a clunky necessary thing, I wouldn't want it to be on all of them.
If you want you can edit GALLERY_VIDEO_BOX.tpl & GALLERY_IMAGE_BOX.tpl...
