Description	Allow easy image resizing of attachments inside the WYSIWYG editor. Currently it seems you can't drag the corners to resize, and if you did it would strip the change out.

webkit can't do this, but ckeditor does support manual width/height resizing. We stripped this, but we're putting it back if Comcode-conversion is disabled.
