Description On a fresh install via RC21, I then ran a full backup; logged out & backin; using cPanel I extracted the backup into the root of my Composr folder. I then, once more, logged out of the site. From a browser I ran the restore.php. It crashed with Critical Error (which is attached as CriticalError.png;

I then searched for: INSTALLER_HTML_WRAP.tpl (which only found in the manual_extracted installation file for RC21. I put the file into the path specified from the CriticalError and re-ran the restore.php. The results are shown in "ComposrInstaller.pdf" attachment. I then logged back into the site as guest-no apparent problems with the home page. Logged back out once more and then logged into AdminZone. The resulting error messages are shown in AdminDashboard-Foxglove_Software.pdf attachment.

My suggestion is for users to NOT run the restore until this is fixed.
