| Description | Have a config option to relax the requirement that only the ticket poster can post into an existing ticket by email reply.
If a post comes in like this it should show as guest (or a different member, if that matches) with a clear note that replying into the ticket doesn't mean third party members have access into read the rest of that ticket. |
