Description If a user tries to edit a forum post an error occurs: "PHP NOTICE [8] Undefined index: t_validated..."
Steps to reproduce

1) Navigate to forum

2) Open any forum topic

3) Click on button "Edit"

4) The error stack trace is displayed:

PHP NOTICE [8] Undefined index: t_validated in /cms713/forum/pages/modules/topics.php on line 2473 (version: 7.1.3, PHP version: 5.2.16, URL: /cms713/forum/index.php?page=topics&type=edit_post&id=1)
