Description On my lovinity.org website, The allow anonymous posts option when adding/editing forums is no longer displayed on the screen; I can't allow anonymous posting on forums as a result.
Steps to reproduce

Additional information Both lovinity.org and wwsu1069.org are running 10RC16 at this time, but only lovinity.org is having this problem.
