Description Via a new addon, enable the ability for members to make customizations to their profile. Customizations may include the following:

*Background image (aka. if a custom background is uploaded for that user's profile, it is visible instead of the theme's outer_background)
*"Cover image" (may require tweaking of profile design)
*Colors of elements
*Font and Font style/size
*Widgets/modules???
