Description	With a fresh instillation of composr 10r10. Attempting to utilize the upgrader to upgrade to r13, the upgrader and config editor (all areas requiring the master password) are rejecting the master password despite all efforts. Following instructions, we set a plain text password on the master_password field of the _config.php file, and still we are getting an incorrect password error.

Near the bottom of the config file there is another entry for admin_password, using that I was able to get into the upgrader. Though that is not the password I was directed to use.

I think the bug primarily was the tut_disaster tutorial using the wrong (pre-v10) name. This is now fixed (not live yet). Otherwise I think it would have been the wrong password put in.
