This will definitely be MySQL corrupting somehow, you'll need to repair the cms10_f_members table.

As to how it corrupted I couldn't say, but it's not possible for a Composr bug to cause it.

Upgraded Bitnami Wampstack, so hopefully no more issue. I suspect it was a dodgy install, seems fine on the new stack and latest pull. Not even getting logged out :)
