Description If setting up an M.S.N. satellite site the installer should conduct extra checks:
- The content translations checkbox must match the setting on the M.S.N. central site
- The version being installed must match the version on the central site

Additionally the 'checks' system (in phpinfo nowadays) should check that the version continues to match.
