Description	Whenever you edit a page or panel, CK editor adds a line break at the top of every page or panel. Not sure if this carries into the view (I think it does in some places), but if I don't want a line break and remove it, it just adds it back in there.

I tried to reproduce through multiple edits on both Chrome and Firefox, with single lines of blank text, page headings, and blocks - nothing would add a blank line above.

Must be an IceDragon thing then (Firefox based). Maybe I should stick to default browsers. I recall this also happened with Waterfox but I never mentioned it at the time. Not a big deal really, but it does happen every single time I go back to something to edit it, it has the line break at the top.
