Description When attempting to use the pagination on a forum page to go to another page, I get hit with a Javascript error

674: Uncaught InvalidCharacterError: Failed to execute 'setAttribute' on 'Element': 'alt"notice"' is not a valid attribute name.

...and the page never loads.
Steps to reproduce

Additional information If I directly go to the page I want via. URL without using pagination, it works fine.
