Description When clearing the cache of theme images or templates (not sure which one as I always clear both), sometimes if you have added a custom image to the theme, it will disappear and get replaced with the default. A specific example is outer_background .
Steps to reproduce

1. Change outer_background of a custom theme by uploading a new background.

2. Clear caches via. website cleanup tools.

3. Outer_background is back to default and the custom image you uploaded for outer_background is now just a hanging image inside the theme's images.
