Description	Maybe replace mime_types.php with an XML file, and create an editing interface for it. For attachments: Allow fine-grained control over which are treated as 'inline' and which are 'attachment'. For galleries/attached-videos: Make the mapping between mime-type and renderer template automatic rather than hard-coded.

I'm dropping this because we have seen the number of common mime-types in usage decline over time, as things have become more standardised and really there is not a lot of innovation coming out. I think therefore just allowing people to make merge requests to our code if they have something to add, or override the PHP file, makes most sense. Anything more is bloat.
