Description The email support ticket integration scans my email and creates a support ticket as it should when there's an email. However, it creates a new ticket every time CRON is executed instead of just once.
Steps to reproduce

1. Enable support ticket email integration.

2. Send an email to the specified email address.

3. CRON repeats creating a new ticket and emailing the person who emailed the support email.
