| Description | I think it'd be highly beneficial for people like myself who have a limit on outgoing emails per hour if we can force smart topic notifications for all members on (or off, if user prefers). That way, say if a monitored forum blows up in activity, the email server doesn't overload with emails to send out to the point they are getting rejected due to limits (or if using email queue, the queue getting very large). Instead, users will only get one email until they view the forum. |
