| Description | If the PHP cURL extension is not installed, then Composr can get into an infinite loop of HTTP requests, causing major server problems (until the loop is automatically terminated by the server software). This only happens on SSL sites. It is due to fall-back to a downloader that could cause this loop. The vast majority of professional sites do have cURL, and the majority of non-professional sites do not have SSL, hence which this has only just been found. |
