Description	When filling the static page cache, track what block parameterisations were included. Store it in a database table so that when the block is cached, dependent static page caches are cleared also.

main_rss will need a specific tie to the backend.php caching.

This is unrealistic. Anything may depend on anything. E.g. content titles get into the menu often, so a title edit would invalidate any page. It's better to just let the static cache timeout or set the new flush_cache_on_action hidden option I am adding (not sure when this'll turn up in git, I'm doing on a client project).
