2)When Configuration->Member and forum options -> "Enable regionalisation" is enabled new LDAP is asked to confirm his local time. It would be nice if in Configuration->Member and forum options I could disable user confirmation of his local time. |

Is it not just a case of turning off "Enable regionalisation"?
Or d you mean that you want more granularity of control?
Actually, I want to configure Composr so, that LDAP users log in into system, and do not have to confirm anything (also for the first time).
"enable regionalisation" I need for different languages to work.
You can workaround at line 95 of sources/config.php. Alter that to not look at the option and turn the option off.
