Description	Provide a conversion layer within Composr whereby xls, xlsx, and ods files can be imported, and Composr transparently converts those into csv files using unoconv (https://github.com/dagwieers/unoconv). Only works if unoconv is installed. So we need a config option to provide the path to unoconv. Needs any filetype filters for upload fields to be adapted to support the additional formats, but only if unoconv is installed.

All the documentation and language file references to 'CSV' would need updating to spreadsheet.

I have already removed 'CSV' from the icon labels, but the screens themselves then go into detail.

The 'Spout' library supports ods for a while now. I've reworked the excel_support addon as the enhanced_spreadsheets addon, as part of wider work on #3032. It's a lot cleaner and more flexible now.
