Please provide significantly more information though. You didn't mention how you tried to perform the upgrade, at what point this error started happening (e.g. after performing a certain step of the upgrader), the main error message, or in what situations the error message happens (e.g. whenever trying to load a page of the site, or only within the upgrader itself).
Specifically regarding the main error message - this would have been shown above "Integrity check" (the "Integrity check..." bit is just further information designed to help, not itself the error message.

I believe xanaftp is correct, this is an issue upgrading from 9.0.17 unfortunately.
Just manually go to http://compo.sr/tracker/view.php?id=1814, download hotfix-1814, 2015-03-05 2pm.tar, and extract the files to your FTP (i.e. overwrite sources/global2.php and sources/input_filter.php). Upgrade will then work after that.
The issue is 9.0.17 is blocking the upgrade TAR URL and changing it to your base URL, then the upgrader is getting confused. The hotfix corrects that.
