Description When using the Save explanatory details feature to save explanatory text for future use, the name gets saved, but not the message.
Steps to reproduce

1. Audit (warn/punish) a user.

2. Fill in some stuff in the explanatory message. Also put in a name for Save explanatory details.

3. Punish.

4. Go back to a punishment for the same or different user.

5. Attempt to load the saved explanatory message

6. Only the name gets filled in. The message is left blank.
