| Description | I posted a topic in my forum. Within the topic I added a video (mp4) and answered to have it embedded. When I save the post the video window displays but shows only a black screen while trying to play?

| Additional information | Also when you go into the attachment manager and you delete a attachment immediately after hitting OK the window returns to the site window maybe a small oversight but I think maybe a confirmation that the attachment was deleted instead? Its rather confusing to see. |

I have fixed your second issue in #1400.
However, your first issue is likely user error and would need more info. Please feel free to take it over to the forum. It is likely you don't have the right codec in the mp4 file (it needs to be h.264). The mp4 file extension doesn't imply any particular file format (codec), this is a common point of confusion. Flash/HTML5 needs h.264.
