Description Hi,
Since March this year I have made use of the catalogue system to allow site users to buy tickets for our Annual Gatheting in June - it works really well except for the emailing of the dispatch notices.
In most cases people receive the email but I have had quite a few users complain that the email has not arrived.
I can explain a couple of them because the users had turned off their ecommerce notifications. But the rest just seem as though they were never received/sent.
It would be good to be able to have an option to resend the email, make it swifter for admin.
I would also like to be able better track these email notifications to better understand why some users are not receiving them - perhaps a read receipt adding ?
