| Description | Consider putting recommended support costs, and by default recommending them for serious business users. This gives a sense Composr isn't a totally free solution (in a practical sense), which solves the misapprehension that usually what causes users problems (if users dig themselves into a hole of designing something complex then needing help to realise it, but not having budgeted for it). Expectations management in this area should help scale and maintain Composr also. |

| Additional information | E.g. £2000 in first year, £500 per year. Do a market review, look at licensing costs of commercial CMSs and go for a percentage of them, or the enterprise support plans of particular systems. |
