| Description | Some Windows servers may have a problem expanding the Site Tree, due to a bug in PHP.
This may also cause issues in some other places. The ones with a higher than small chance of being noticed are included in this hotfix. (The PHP bug: the uniqid function does not provide the documented variation) |
