| Description | When you add a new CPF, or edit the order of an existing one, and there is already a CPF with the same "order" set, the existing CPF's order doesn't get 'bumped down'.
After reordering some fields, I've now got multiple fields with the same 'order'. |

On changing an order, starting from the ORIGINAL order of the field just changed, pull everything above it down, UNTIL you get to the new order which is assigned to the field just changed, THEN pull everything equal or above that up.
This should stop there getting awkward gaps.
(One can think of things like up/down arrows or gap-fixing after submitting the form, but people make dozens of CPFs and we have to use pagination, so these would not work well at all.)
