Summary	887: Integrated pay at join
Description	If the usergroup selected at signup is paid (or if no selection available, if the default is paid), tie member validation direct to usergroup signup, and integrate usergroup signup into the join process. Show usergroup costs in the dropdown list of usergroup choices.
