Summary	78: Ability to leave a PT you were invited to
Description	Add a section at the top, perhaps styled like the gray "topic description" bar that says: "Current participants: Tom (x), Dick (x), Harry (x)". Those 'x's can be links for the starter to kick people out. Change the breadcrumbs to show a link to your own PT's, if you were invited to the topic (currently links to one of the main 2 members).
