Summary	6148: Replace CKEditor with a different WYSIWYG editor
Description	CKEditor 4 is outdated / no longer supported (no updates whatsoever). And we cannot use CKEditor 5+ as they changed the licence for CKEditor. As such, we need to consider a different Free and Open Source editor (which is being maintained) in Composr.
