Summary	6114: [beta6] Single Public Zone missing from Setup Wizard
Description	When using the Setup Wizard, Single Public Zone is mentioned. The only option shown below is Full Guest Access which doesn't seem appear to be the same thing as when this is checked the Site Zone is still preferred.
