Summary	6043: No redirection after join declaration
Description	Once you agree to the updated rules, it would be optimal to be returned to wherever you were beforehand.
Additional Information	An admin shouldn't have to add the join declaration of "I agree". There should be a default provided (ideally a language string for multi-language sites).
