Summary	6042: Ability to edit default Profile fields
Description	I have no need for the Occupation field on my website and there is no easy way to remove it via Admin CP. Being able to edit this to something more suitable or to remove it would be optimal, along with other fields which are default (About me, Interests).
Additional Information	The same applies to Authors, there are default fields which might not be suitable for any given website (ie, Skills)
