Summary	5971: No output from visible RSS/Atom links
Description	main_news block has nothing to select when RSS/Atom feed links are visible backend.php?type=rss2&mode=news&select=%2A&keep_mobile=0
Steps To Reproduce	Setting the Skip links option on the block removes the RSS/Atom links from view, however the actual entries (blog, news) do not have any visible links (assuming they should).
