Summary	5923: A way to add Newsletter recipients without .csv
Description	I have an extensive list of emails from artists and bands who are associated with my website but I do not plan to enable memberships (due to spam and the need for moderation). It would be useful to be able to add these emails into the newsletter system and to create a custom newsletter for this group of offsite entities.
