Summary	5486: See if we can be smarter about DNS lookup
Description	The DNS lookup health check does not account proxies such as Cloudflare. See if we can be smarter about this. We already have a check for a CF header, so maybe expand on this by finding out Cloudflare's origin IP address (maybe it's in a header?). For other proxies, look for proxy related options or add one on the health check section.
