Chris suggests not disabling it by default but warn against it in the EU (typical EU message). Suggest possible Matomo implementation alternative in documentation. Also mark this not supported. |

Matamo integration needs to be just as easy/supported as Google Analytics, and documented preferentially. |

Due to the timely need to get v11 out, I'm delaying the Matamo integration to 11.1 etc. But I will implement the warnings and non-support status in 11.0. |
