Description	Trying to read a Health Check notification when full report is enabled results in a gateway timeout for the notification.

PDStig 2023-07-27 08:09 administrator ~7993	I would have thought maybe the large number of health checks would reasonably slow down parsing. But Comcode etc should not take that long to parse when each test only consumes a line of HTML, or a row of a table with some text at most.
