Summary	5208: Improve the CSS on block_main_member_bar_guest
Description	The design of block_main_member_bar_guest is a bit ugly especially on mobile. We can do better to make the elements more visually pleasing to the eye and to be more aligned with each other.
Additional Information	Low priority as block_main_member_bar_guest is not used by default in Composr. Also consider looking into block_main_member_bar_member . Consider flex boxes.
