| Description | When members click "New Private Topic" in their PT popup, they can effectively bypass seeing and agreeing to a member's personal PT guidelines. They will not be presented with the screen even if sending a PT to them.
Clicking "Start Private Topic" on a member's profile, however, will show the guidelines screen. |
