Summary	5119: Staff checklist item: Notify site members of privacy policy changes
Description	Create a new staff checklist hook that auto-unticks itself whenever the contents of the main_privacy_policy_auto are modified or whenever the default privacy page is modified. The item reminds staff to notify members (usually through e-mail) that the privacy policy has changed.
