Description | One of the biggest website development risks is accidentally emailing a load of people, via some dynamic feature – and those emails being wrong (e.g. wrong logo) or should not have gone out at all. It's very difficult to test email systems, because whilst you don't see what you're doing, everyone else does – it's a big potential embarrassment.
I want Composr to have an option to turn on email queueing. If this is on, emails don't get sent until they have been manually verified. There should be a result-browser interface to view all the mails (much like the hackattack interface). The interface should allow ticking off of ones to delete. The interface should allow saying to delete all the ones with subjects/bodies matching certain wildcards, then provide a confirmation screen as it says how many would be deleted. |
