Summary4962: Points for people loyal to privacy and Open Source
DescriptionWe want Composr to be very resolute as a tool for people who are concerned about their freedoms, and by extension Composr users may want their own users to care about freedoms to.

Give extra daily login points to users who demonstrate this by:
1) Turning on the "Do Not Track" HTTP header
2) Using/not-using particular configured browser(s)

1) Add option to give extra daily login points to users with the "Do Not Track" HTTP header enabled.
Document this in the points help page (use Tempcode to only show if non-zero).
Document the presence of this option, and the philosophy described in the opening paragraph of this issue, in tut_points.

2) Option to give extra daily login points to users who:
A) don't use some configured regexp of browsers. Document an example of how to configure it to reward users who do not use Chrome in tut_points.
B) Do use some configured regexp of browsers. Document an example of how to configure it to reward users who do use Linux in tut_points.
Note these would mean altering the 'daily_visits' table.
