Summary	4959: Allow sorting member directory by points / life-time points
Description	As we are changing how we approach member ranks from post counts to life-time points, it would be appropriate to allow sorting of the member directory by points (as it currently does not offer this). * Add a life-time points column to the member directory. * Add sorting both to points and life-time points columns.
