Summary	4947: Consider (re-map) t_type_id in points_ledger when in merge importer
Description	points_ledger contains t_type and t_type_id which will often map to a piece of content. When merging, we need to make sure t_type_id is mapped to the correct new ID when applicable. Currently it is just left blank.
