Summary	4828: Implement onbeforematch event for tabs/accordions/etc (on hold)
Description	The W3C is specifying an onbeforematch event, which helps reveal content hidden under different tabs/etc when using the "find in page" feature in browsers. https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/e8n8Z5dzMs0/m/SWTK7yL1AAAJ?pli=1 Implement this for Composr's own tab implementation, and other UIs that hide content.
