Summary	4790: Support marking 'MULTIMULTIPLE' (multiple-choice) questions as 'required'
Description	Currently all question types except 'MULTIMULTIPLE' may be marked as required. For 'MULTIMULTIPLE' to be required we'd need to define that as meaning one or more options are selected. The Composr forms validation system does not support this, so it would need to be coded in.
